4-Drugs -----all drug causing AIN esp.NSAID
5-Metabolic or congenital ---wilsons dis. Hypokalemia ;hypercalciuria ;hyper oxaluria

6- Toxins ---mushrom poison ;lead poison ;chinase herps ;Balkan nephropathy .
