Q2 : what are the causes of abcence of kidney on IVU? ? 1. nephrectomy ..2. agenesis ..3. non-fuctioning kidney >>Q 3>: what are fluids that given post.opp. ?? Oral Uro + general combined case senario bullet to the abdomen how to manage as a general surgeon and how to manage as a urosurgeon . if you have a retroperitoneal hematoma and in the OR you have everything you need and there was a contraversy about to relieve it or not what will you do ? Answer : we have to do intra-op IVU to check the status of the renal collecting system if it is functioning we leave the hematoma it will reslove spontaneously , if not we relieve it . plus the grading of renal injury and how to manage each grade .
