Leiomyosarcoma –grossthere is large irregular mass arise from the fundus of the uterus with area of hemorrhage & necrosisLeiomyosarcoma-microscopicallyproliferating of malignant spindle cells, the cells are pleomorphic hyperchromatic nuclei & high mitotic figure
Here is an osteosarcoma of bone. The large, bulky mass arises in the cortex of the bone and extends outward
Cervix: part of stratified squamous epithelium shows disorderly arranged cells, hyperchromatic nuclei with mitosis but still within the basement membraneDiagnosis: Carcinoma In Situ
There are multitude seeding of small tan tumor nodules seen over the peritoneal surface of the mesentery. Diagnosis: metastatic peritoneal deposits
Multiple irregular malignant glandular tumor partially replacing LN. Diagnosis: Metastatic adenocarcinoma in a lymph node.
There is large vessel containing clump of malignant cells, Diagnosis: tumor emboli (Hematogenous spread)
