1-rebound phenomena:-
The outstretched arm may fly up past the original position.The normal response is to return to the original position.
2-finger-nose test:-
Past pointing the examiner finger
Or
Dysmetria: lack of coordination of movement typified by the undershoot or overshoot of intended position
Or
Intenstion tremor as the finger reaches the target.
Or
The movement may be slow & disjointeddyssynergia
3-Heel shin test:-abnormal if the heel wavers away from the shin area.
4-dysdiadychokinesia:- it is typical for cerebellar disease.
5-stance & gait(truncal ataxia)
6-coordination:-dysarthria,,nystagmus,,hypotonia
