General looking :-
1)Upward slanting of the eyes
2)protruded tongue:-due to small oral cavity.
3)flat &broad nasal bridge
4)epicanthic folds
5)flat occiput"Brachycephaly"
6)clinodactyly
7)short stature
8)short fingers
9)sandle groove in foot
Separation of first and second toes
10) Short neck
11) Congenital heart disease
12) Strabismus
13)abnormal teeth
14)lucid ears
15)simian crease :-single crease in the palm
16)brush field spots in the iris .
