A. The importance of Skilled manpower to economic
development
Human resources development includes the process of
recruiting and increasing the number of workers who have
the skills, education, training, and experience.
The existence of skilled manpower is essential for
developing countries to achieve self-sustaining growth.
Shortage of trained / skilled manpower are noticed at
almost all levels in developing countries.
