2- Lesion: there is accumulation of cholesterol in tunica intima
of artery due to damage of endothelial cell which lead to
diapedesis of Monocyte which engulf more lipid particles and
then rupture forming lipid plaque which cause narrowing of
lumen of artery
3-Diagnosis: Atherosclerosis

2- Lesion:There is enlargement of hepatocytes due to
accumulation of fat in the cytoplasm punching the nucleus to
the peripheral of cell. Some of hepatocytes were rupture
forming macro vacuoles in inter cellular spaces
3-Diagnosis: Fatty liver
