Attention seeking
In front of audince
Can occur in HYS patient

Suicidal attempt

Patient shouting , has a tattoo , putting the pistol on his head

Schizophrenia

Patient has visual hallucination , poor eye-to-eye contact , fear , ideas influnces ,
Treatment : anti-psychotics eg; largictine

Breif pyschosis

Can occur in demons or fairy imagenation or possession (حالة الجن )
Treatment : anti-psychotics + psychotherpy

schizophrenia

Patient is young with aggresive behaviour

Electroconvulsive therpy ( ECT )

Bilateral electrode stimulation

There is 2 types of ect
1-plane
2-modified
Indications:
1-schizophrenia
2-mania
3-severe depression
4-post partum psychosis
Containdications:
Hert diseaese , CVA , old age , pregnancy in the 1st trimester

Anxious , worried looks sad poor eye to eye contact hold her baby

Deprression

Patent is alone severly depressed looks unhappy

Political suicide

Anorexia nervosa

Fear from obesity , over estimating her weight
Over intersting in fashions and models
Immature thinking ( not need to married )
